• Secure photo storage for 30 days
• Integration with printing services

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credit Usage: Each photo restoration costs 1 credit
• Free Trial: New users receive 1 free credit
• Credit Packages: 5 credits ($9.99), 25 credits ($24.99), 100 credits ($69.99)
• No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Expiration: Credits do not expire
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload photos containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload photos that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload photos containing explicit or adult content
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our technology

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems

Your Content:

• You retain all rights to your original photos
• You grant us a limited license to process and restore your photos
• You represent that you have the right to upload and process all submitted photos
• Restored photos remain your property

Our Technology:

• Our AI technology, algorithms, and software are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology
• All trademarks and service marks are owned by RenewPic

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
• Restoration quality may vary based on original photo condition
• We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues
• Processing times may vary based on system load
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Important information about your data:

• Automatic Deletion: Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days
• No Recovery: Deleted photos cannot be recovered
• Download Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading your photos
• Account Deletion: Deleting your account will remove all associated data
